Office furniture

This summer, I am focused to finish two things. First is to organize the storage of kid's toys. Having two kids, a boy and a girl can be one hot mess inside the playroom. So I am starting to segregate the toys as to which ones needs to be stored and is not an "everyday toy". I got some plastic containers at the mall in different sizes and I will start fixing things by the weekend.

Second project for this season, set up a workstation of mine. Nothing grand here, I just want a space where I can work . And I want it to be a clean, simple space. I need to check some office furniture come April. I am planning to get a working table,and some simple accessories. I am excited with my own office.

I need a printer

We have two laptops and one desktop here at home, but I just realized that we don't have a printer yet. I will definitely be needing one by the start of the school year. My pre schooler might have some assignments and projects that needs to be printed out. So now, it is also in my list to look for one. It is so timely because I am also looking for an epson receipt printer for our small business.Hopefully they can provide me discounts since I will be getting two different printers. Do you know where I can find some best deals? I am not too choosy with a home printer, I just want it to be compact and delivers quality print. It will be a great additional if it doesn't consume much ink. Refills can be very costly, I want something where I can save too in the long run.

Give aways

I booked a simple party for my son at McDonalds for his 4th birthday. It is really s amll party because we have only 50 guests invited. Well, it's mostly family and really close friends. No big details on this party, we just want to treat out little boy with his cousins and friends. Now I am thinking what to give these kids after the party. I am thinking of some personalized gifts that they can use for school. So far, I want some bag tags and stickers with their names.What do you think about it? It will surely be useful for the kids and i bet they will enjoy the items since it will come intheir favorite cartoon characters. There's nothing more special than personalized gifts.

Netbook for me

Last week, I spent 3 days taking my son at a trial class for pre school. The schedule is from 8:30 am to 11:30 am so that means three hours of doing nothing for me. I can't leave him yet so I just stayed at the waiting lounge. Now I am thinking on how i will spend those hours come June. I don't plan to leave him yet for three hours during the first part of the school year. My friends are suggesting me to get a netbook so i can spend the hours surfing the net, chatting and maybe doing some work too. Such a great idea! later I will check some netbooks on sale and hopefully I can find something that fits my budget. I wanted to be productive in those three hours , and having a netbook and a good internet connection will surely make me finish some work in no time.
